49ers RB Isaac Guerendo injured his left leg on the first drive of Sunday's game vs. the Cardinals. He was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game with knee and ankle injuries. We'll update Guerendo's status when we know more, but this looks like a serious injury.

49ers WR Deebo Samuel (rib, wrist) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Cardinals. Although he's had a disappointing season, Samuel has averaged 5.0 targets and 3.0 carries over the last five games. So his absence leaves extra opportunity for WRs Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall and RB Isaac Guerendo.

49ers RB Isaac Guerendo (foot, hamstring) did not practice all week and is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Dolphins. It sounds like it’s the hamstring that’s sidelining him. Guerendo’s absence leaves San Francisco down to RBs Patrick Taylor, Ke’Shawn Vaughn, and Israel Abanikanda. Taylor is the favorite for work, but it’s unclear exactly what this backfield will look like.
