Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Giants. He played only 48% of the offensive snaps last week and got in 2 limited practices this week. Cooper is a risk/reward WR2 in Week 5 fantasy lineups.
Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Giants. He sat out Wednesday with what he described as knee “tightness” and then was limited on Thursday and Friday. We haven’t heard anything about his workload being reduced today.
Cardinals TE Maxx Williams (shoulder) is active for today’s game vs. the 49ers. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday and was listed as questionable. Williams should be ready to play his usual role today but is a fringe fantasy option.
Cardinals RB Chase Edmonds (shoulder) is active for today’s game vs. the 49ers. He only got in a limited practice on Friday and was reportedly a game-time decision. Edmonds carries added risk in Week 5 fantasy lineups.
Bears EDGE Khalil Mack is active for today’s game against the Raiders. S Tashaun Gipson is also active for the 1st time since Week 2
Browns TE David Njoku (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Chargers. He only got in a limited practice on Friday and shouldn’t be in Week 5 fantasy lineups.
Washington WR Curtis Samuel is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Saints with a groin injury. This is presumably the same issue Samuel has been dealing with since the spring. Stay tuned for an update.

Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster injured his shoulder in the 2nd quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Broncos and is questionable to return. We'll update his status when we know more.

Dolphins QB Jacoby Brissett hurt his hamstring in the 1st half of Sunday's game vs. the Bucs and was carted to the locker room. He's officially questionable to return, but it sounds like we shouldn't expect him back. QB Reid Sinnett is Miami's backup today. Ouch.
Update: Brissett returned on Miami's next possession.
According to Jeremy Rauch of FOX 19 in Cincinnati, Bengals beat writer Geoff Hobson said this morning that he thinks RB Joe Mixon will get "pretty darn close to his normal work load" today. We're all guessing at how many touches Mixon will get and how his sprained ankle will hold up to it. Whether to start him in fantasy ultimately comes down to a personal call on risk vs. reward, plus the other options.
Washington DL Daron Payne is active for today's game against the Saints. He popped up on the Friday injury report with a toe issue that left him questionable, but Payne is available for IDP use.
Buccaneers EDGE Jason Pierre-Paul and CB Jamel Dean are active for today's game against the Dolphins. JPP missed the past 2 contests with a shoulder injury but carries intriguing IDP upside into this contest.
Lions EDGE Trey Flowers is active for today's game against the Vikings. He missed the past 2 games while dealing with shoulder and knee issues. Flowers remained limited in practice all this week, listed with only the knee. He's available but still a risky IDP option.
Jaguars rookie CB Tyson Campbell is inactive for today's game against the Titans.
Titans LB Bud Dupree is inactive for today's game against the Jaguars. DL Denico Autry is active after arriving questionable.
Broncos CB Patrick Surtain II is active for today's game against the Steelers. CB Ronald Darby -- who came off IR Saturday -- is inactive.
Titans RB Darrynton Evans (knee) is active for today's game vs. the Jaguars. We'll see what kind of role he plays in his 2021 debut.
Patriots CB Jalen Mills is inactive for today's game against the Texans. LB Ja'Whaun Bentley, LB Kyle Van Noy and S Kyle Dugger are active, after arriving questionable.
