49ers WR Ricky Pearsall (knee) got in a limited practice on Wednesday for the first time since going down in Week 4. HC Kyle Shanahan said before the workout that Pearsall is trending toward a return for Sunday's game vs. the Cardinals. "They told me he is healthy, so I'll see today from my own eyes when he practices, and I'm sure he'll look that way," Shanahan said. "As long as he does, then he is good to go." Pearsall was off to a strong start before the knee injury, posting 4-108-0, 4-56-0, and 8-117-0 receiving lines over the first three weeks of the season. It's worth noting that TE George Kittle missed two of those games and most of the third, and WR Jauan Jennings missed one. Pearsall will be returning to a more crowded pass-catching corps but should still have a big role if healthy. We'll look for more updates on his status but would consider him a risk/reward WR3 in Week 11 fantasy lineups for now.
