Fantasy Football News & Latest NFL Updates

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Colts TE Jelani Woods (shoulder, quad) is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game vs. the Cowboys. He was a full participant in Friday’s practice, so he should be available. But with TE Kylen Granson back from his illness, Woods is not a reliable Week 13 fantasy play.

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers (rib, thumb) is not listed on the final Week 13 injury report. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday and will start this weekend’s game vs. the Bears. Rodgers carries elevated risk playing through these injuries, but there’s certainly upside against 1 of the league’s worst defenses.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs (ankle) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. We’ll see if the rookie can make it back for that one after going down in Week 9, but he shouldn’t be in your fantasy plans. Christian Watson, Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb should remain locked in as Green Bay’s top 3 WRs this week.

Titans K Randy Bullock (calf) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final Week 13 injury report. He’ll be back for Sunday’s game vs. the Eagles but isn’t a great play with Tennessee sporting a 20-point implied total.

Broncos WR Courtland Sutton (illness) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Ravens. He was added to the injury report and did not practice on Friday. Guys are usually able to play through illnesses, but you’ll need to check Shark Bites around 11:30 am ET on Sunday to make sure Sutton is active.

Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy (ankle) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Ravens. He returned to a limited practice on Friday for the first time since going down in Week 10. We’ll see if Jeudy suits up for Sunday’s game vs. the Ravens, but he’d be a risky fantasy play if he does. WR K.J. Hamler (hamstring) remains out for Week 13

Ravens TE Isaiah Likely (ankle) practiced all week and isn’t listed on the final injury report. He’ll be back for Sunday’s game against the Broncos but isn’t a viable fantasy play.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (quad) is not listed on the final Week 13 injury report. He was limited in Wednesday’s practice but a full-go on Thursday and Friday. The quad shouldn’t be an issue vs. the Broncos this weekend.

Texans RB Rex Burkhead (concussion) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Browns. He got in a full practice on Friday, so he’s trending toward clearance by Sunday. Burkhead has totaled just 2 carries and 7 targets over his last 5 games, so there’s very little fantasy impact here.

Texans WR Brandin Cooks (calf) is out for this weekend's game vs. the Browns. He evidently injured his calf on Thursday and didn't practice on Friday. We'll see if he misses time beyond Week 13. His absence on Sunday leaves Nico Collins as Houston's #1 WR, with Chris Moore and Phillip Dorsett the #2 and #3.

Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase (hip) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Chiefs. He practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, and is “on track” to return for this one, HC Zac Taylor said Friday. Chase can be penciled back into Week 13 fantasy lineups. Chiefs-Bengals doesn’t kick off until 4:25 pm ET, but we should get an update on his status on Sunday morning.

Bengals RB Joe Mixon (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Chiefs. He was limited in practice all week. HC Zac Taylor confirmed on Friday morning that Mixon is still in concussion protocol and said that the team is “taking it on a 12-hour by 12-hour basis.” We’ll see if Mixon is able to clear concussion protocol by Sunday. If not, Samaje Perine will again operate as Cincinnati's workhorse.

Chiefs RB Jerick McKinnon (hamstring) is not listed on the final Week 13 injury report. He didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday but was a full-go on Friday. So McKinnon will evidently be ready for his usual pass-catching role vs. the Bengals this weekend.

Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals. He remained sidelined in practice all week and has no timetable for return.

Bucs RB Leonard Fournette (hip) put in another full practice on Friday. He remains on track to return for Monday night's game vs. the Saints.

Saints TE Juwan Johnson (ankle) missed his 2nd straight practice on Friday, putting him in danger of missing Monday night’s game vs. the Bucs. We’ll see how he’s listed on the final injury report on Saturday afternoon. Johnson’s absence would leave Adam Trautman as New Orleans’ lead TE and potentially mean a bigger pass-catching role for Taysom Hill.

Jets RB Michael Carter (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game vs. the Vikings. He didn’t practice all week and should obviously be on fantasy benches. Carter’s absence would leave New York’s backfield to Zonovan Knight, James Robinson and Ty Johnson. Knight would be the best bet for touches and a viable RB3 or flex play in fantasy.

Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Giants. He was limited in Wednesday’s practice, sidelined on Thursday and limited again on Friday. We’ll get Washington’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday, but it’s safe to assume that Gibson will be at less than 100% if he plays vs. New York.

Steelers RB Najee Harris (oblique) is not listed on the final Week 13 injury report. He only got in a limited practice on Friday but confirmed afterward that he’ll play vs. the Falcons this weekend. RB Jaylen Warren (hamstring) is listed as questionable but put in a full week of practice, so he should be available on Sunday. Benny Snell (knee) is off the final injury report. Check out the updated projections for Pittsburgh’s backfield.

Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (knee) practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, and isn’t listed on the final injury report. He’ll be back for Sunday’s game vs. the 49ers but figures to work behind RB Jeff Wilson. In their last game together, Wilson out-carried Mostert 17 to 8 and out-targeted him 5 to 4.
