But Adams returned to a limited practice on Friday and is “feeling better,” per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. We’re expecting Adams to play his usual role today.
Cowboys WR Noah Brown (foot) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Bears. His absence frees up a few targets for WRs CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup.
Cowboys TE Dalton Schultz (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Bears. He was limited in practice all week after aggravating that knee injury again last Sunday. Schultz won’t be at 100% today, leaving him as a shaky fantasy play.
Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott (knee) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Bears. He’ll get a Week 9 bye and reportedly has a good chance to be back for Week 10. RB Tony Pollard should get workhorse usage today. He’ll be backed up by practice-squad call ups Qadree Ollison and Malik Davis.
Saints TE Juwan Johnson (hamstring) is active for today’s game against the Raiders. TE Adam Trautman (ankle) is inactive. Johnson was added to Thursday's injury report and then limited in Friday's practice, so he carries elevated risk today.
